Lightly wooded, with no malolactic influence, it's grapefruity and fresh, with a hint of cinnamon spice and lots of racy acidity. Very polished.
Een bijzondere versie van de doorgaans tanninerijke tannat. De 2 Vaches rouges is soepel, heeft veel fruit en smaakt licht gekoeld het best, bijvoorbeeld bij typische brasseriegerechten.

Proof that Tannat can make soft, fruity wines when correctly treated, this wine is rounded and smooth, with a rich black-fruit character. Acidity and freshness come through at the end.
Aaibare viooltjes, zachte zure gedroogde pruimen. Soepele bramen en wat romige cacao. Kun je veilig een potje mee zoenen zonder je hele kin aan open te halen.
Great concentration and length, it's a flamboyant, oak-influenced expression, one with real intensity and concentration. Lovely sense of purity, this is a new cuvée for Niero since the 2018 vintage.
